When we first entered the media monitoring industry over 20 years ago, it was a sleepy business—and not just because of the 3 a.m. wake-up calls to manually clip newspaper stories. The technology, processes, and innovation from leading providers left much to be desired.
That “sleepiness” worked in our favor. We quickly gained clients and recognition by offering a superior product—updating technology here, improving design there. It wasn’t revolutionary, but it was enough to stand out.
The real key to our success then, as it is now, was the outstanding service provided by our team. Our daily news briefs were always on time, comprehensive, and error-free. We didn’t just accept early-morning client edits, we anticipated them—so much so that soon, there were no more edits.
